Your vaults were freaking awesome and pretty; I love how great you land your double front on floor, and how you make front double fulls look effortless; Your Onodi is better than Onodi's Onodi was, your Ono half turn is insanely awesome; your floor routine is so beautiful; you are such a fierce competitor... the list could go on, but you probably already think I'm crazy. lol. I'm pretty sure you are the youngest female gymnast ever to already have 9 world championship medals, along with Lavinia Milosovici, who had 9 at age 17 just like you do. I can only think of Daniela Silivas who had more at that age, but her age was falsified, so I don't count her. lol. That's all I can think of. Wow! cool stuff. And to think you only got to do bars last year, that makes it even more cool.

(Take this as an compliment, I’m only not able to watch, when the performing person really means something to me). My heart rate went up to 200, but of course you finished wonderful. Must’ve been annoying to miss uneven-bars-gold by 0,05 points. But it was sad to see Alicia’s disappointment after being “only“ second on floor. Even you seemed irritated for some seconds, before hugging Miss Johnson. I hope there is more friendship than rivalry between the American gymnasts? Do you have time to visit the places or countries where you have your competitions? I hope you’ve enjoyed your visit in Germany. Good luck for Beijing 2008. You are unique!

Hi Nastia! You did SO well at Worlds! Last night at training I got my front walkover into cartwheel. I need to learn my back walkover though. I also have my cartwheel on beam and my handstand on the lower beam but I find handstands really scary on the higher beam! Any advice? I'm even more scared now after straddleing the beam last night! hey Nastia, I can imagine how you must b feeling going through the slow healing process with you ankle, about 9 months ago i got a stress fracture in wo places in my back and had to sit out my first level 9 season. The recovery is really slow but hopefully I will be able to compete next year. And hopefully you will be able to compete and do great at worlds. Oh and i wanted to know if you had any tips on finding floor music??

hey nastia, i am a cheerleader and need help on my backhand spring i have it all by my slef on the cheese weg and on the tumble track and on the on a patted mat. i just get very very scard when i have to do it all by my slef on the spring floor i think that i might hurt my slef or anything and i have my backhand spring on the floor by my slef before too!do you know how to help me? thanks!

wow! You are so amazing. You are so strong to be able to compete all four events with just 3 weeks to train. Even with 5 major mess ups you still didn't give up and pushed through and ended up placing well. (3rd All around 1st bars 3nd beam) I know it must have been extremely difficult for you not being at the level of perfection your normally at during competitions. But it was just good to see you out competing again. Doing all four events probably just felt like an accomplishment for you. I felt bad for you, and just wanted to let you know i cant wait to see you all healthy and energined again. The competition showed your lack of practice time and so hopefully at Worlds -( which i am so glad you made it to) you will be your phenomenal self again. I wish you the best of luck with your injury, and I know all the hard work you have put into your gymnastics will pay off. Your a great athlete and still elegent to watch you just don't have the cofidents you use to - i am sure though you will be a better athlete then you were, because of you injury. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU BACK!! GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING!! A GIGANTIC FAN OF YOURS!!!

you are an insperation, Nastia! i saw what u do every day on the att blue tooth thing. you work really hard! i am a lev 6 and am deathly afraid of fly-aways, i am good at them but sometimes i let go early and just barely land on my feet. were you scared of them when you had to learn them? if so, how did you overcome ure fear? i love my team but i might not get to move up w/ them if i dont get at least in a halfway decent manor. hi Nastia... im kinda new to gymnastics... but i need some advice on doing my round off backhand springs. I used to be able to do backhand springs just fine but now I always seen to mess up... And I just cant seem to get enough rebound fron my round offs to jump backwards and do a backhand spring. In my tumbling class all I have to do is do a round off backhand spring by myself to pass to the next level.
