Supergirl by Nastia & other updates
4 commentsHi everyone,
First off I want to apologize to you all for not updating in a LONG time! Things have been so busy lately, which is a good thing!
I am so excited to tell you all about the “Supergirl by Nastia” clothing line, which will be sold exclusively at JCPenney in stores and online at www.jcps.com beginning July 20—Just in time for back to school shopping! The line will be for girls 4-6 and 8-12.
I have spent a lot of time recently in Los Angeles, working really closely with the design team (which I absolutely love!) It has been so cool to go into the factory and design studio to pick out fabrics, colors, pieces of clothing, etc.
The reason I was so drawn to work with Warner Bros. on this line is because of what the Supergirl brand represents…That EVERY girl can be a Supergirl and having that belief in yourself will help you to achieve your dreams…that is what got me to a gold medal and I hope this line will bring to life the “Supergirl” message. It has truly been such an honor to work on this project and I hope you will all love it as much as I do.
I also got the opportunity to partner with Warner Bros & USA Gymnastics to launch the first ever, Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup, which was broadcasted LIVE on Universal Sports. It was so much fun meeting all the girls, designing the leotards and warm-ups, and of course doing the live broadcast with Tim and Andrea. I also got to watch the Tyson American Cup the next day and was SO proud of my teammate Rebecca Bross for winning! (And of course my dad, who coaches her as well)
This summer I will get the privilege to travel all over the country (even outside the country!) to; promote the Supergirl by Nastia line, a lot of different Summer Camps, and of course some of the USA Gymnastics competitions.
I will be going to IGC at the beginning and the end of July. Karolyi’s Summer Camp and Flip Fest mid June, of course the WOGA Camp July 12-16, and my own camp at UCLA, called the UCLA Nastia Liukin Camp (July 15-19).
Since I will be all over the place this year, I hope to meet as many of you as possible J In the mean time, follow me on twitter at www.twitter.com/NLiukin and become a fan on my Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Nastia-Liukin/30579513350?ref=ts
XOXO~ Nastia

Quick update!
6 commentsHi everyone!
Just wanted to take a minute and thank you ALL for the support I have received these past few weeks! It definitely wasn’t an easy decision to decide not to try to make the World Team. But I know it was the right one. I’m so excited for Rebecca, Ivana and also my Dad (as he goes back to the World stage with his amazingly talented girls!) Let’s keep the WOGA tradition alive!!!!!
I’m also really looking forward to going to London to cheer on Team USA :)I have been traveling all over the world these last few weeks, really enjoying it! From LA to NYC to Miami, now I’m ready to take on Europe!
I’m off to Copenhagen today for the decision of the 2016 Olympic Games! I was SO honored when I was asked to be part of the team to travel to Denmark! I will keep you updated while I’m there through my Twitter! (www.twitter.com/NLiukin) Thanks again, it means the world to me to have my friends, family and especially fans all behind me! Keep dreaming BIG!
Xoxo-Nastia
